All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Shipping time typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, or weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Locations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact our support team at support@nastassiashop.site with your order number. We’ll work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Nastassia Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately to correct it before dispatch.

Missed Deliveries & Re-delivery

If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, the carrier may reattempt or leave a notice for pickup or scheduling. Re-delivery terms vary by shipping provider.

Packaging

All vanity mirrors are packaged securely using protective materials to minimize risk of damage during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
