Eligibility for Returns

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable

 


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@nastassiashop.site with the following details:

Order number

Reason for return

Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping address.


Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to buyer’s remorse or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days after approval:

First, check your bank account again

Then contact your credit card company or bank
